Sahar Pradhan is an graduate researcher from Euless, Texas. She is a neuroscience major with a chemistry minor at Baylor University and is interested in pharma-toxicology as it applies to the central nervous system. She joined The Sayes Group because of the unique opportunity to combine her passion for neuroscience with the applications/implications of toxicology to clinical health. She is currently working with Dr. Christie Sayes to build a Nano-Neuro project at Baylor University. This project will look at disciplines under Neuroscience related to clinical health and explore nanomedical and nanotoxicological effects on glial cells. In addition to her project, Sahar serves as a research assistant and helps other team members conduct their research projects. She is a real asset to our team!
Sahar is a senior and expected to graduate in May 2018. After graduation, she hopes to attend graduate school and receive a Masters in Neuroscience. Sahar then plans to attend medical school and ultimately become a neurosurgeon.
